Bois Franc R. Therrien was founded in Papineauville in September 1996. The company’s rapid expansion allowed Rock Therrien to relocate to new premises in Gatineau at the end of 2001. Since then, Bois Franc R. Therrien has been the reference point for purchasing customized hardwood floors and staircases in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.

Over the years, many expansions and improvements were made to the company to provide the most professional service in the region. Mr. Therrien’s philosophy is to provide high-end products while responding to every Ottawa/Gatineau customer’s whim.

In March 2009, Bois Franc R. Therrien added a “Zen Déco” decoration shop to the company’s wide range of quality products. This service allows customers to find everything they desire for their project.
